The unique VoicePilot

TeleTech now pioneers in the industry with the acoustic solution: The VoicePilot system (patent pending). TeleTech has succeeded inusing only one acoustic element for both loudspeaker and microphone functions. There are several advantages to this concept:

  • Integration of both microphone and loudspeaker function into one acoustic element means less potential damage risk (failures or vandalism)

  • The danger of acoustic feedback (howling) is non existing even at high output power

  • The VoicePilot system automatically provides priority to the receiving party in the two-way speech (improves safety)

The modular TSA2100

The Behind Panel version is mounted with screws or Velcro tape. The installation depth is only 22 mm thus respecting the often small clearance behind the control panel. The in-cabin version is available with yellow and green pictograms and if required an emergency push button with LED indicator. Also available with a metal ”grill” to protect the acoustic element from vandalism. The electronics are housed in a 72 x 126 mm plastic cabinet. Two modular sockets are available for the emergency call points on the top and underneath the lift. A third plug is connection point for the Inductive Loop.

 

 

Excellent sound quality

High quality sound and high output power have always been characteristics in the TSA-product range. The TSA2100 is no exception. The printed circuit board fits to the cabinet in such a way that cabinet and pcb act as a loudspeaker cabinet. So even with the VoicePilot TSA2100 right in your hand you will notice the excellent sound quality. The output power can be taken to 4 Watt with no distortion and at highest noise suppression ratio. This is one of the reasons for TeleTech not to use telephone line powering. It is simply not possible to get sufficient power from the line. Still at highest output power the VoicePilot secures no howling from reflections at all. If highest obtainable sound quality is not important for an emergency phone then what is?
